Sorting and Grouping

The grid can be sorted or grouped:

• When the grid is sorted the items are shown in the sort order.
• When the grid is grouped, parts of the grid are always kept together. For example, when the grid is grouped by site, all the items that belong to the same site are kept together.

When the grid is grouped, sorting takes places within the groups. For example, when the grid is grouped by site, then sorting by file will sort the items within each site by filename.
